Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement

By commissioning a custom musical work from Moment To Music Inc., you agree to the following terms.

1. Creative Commission

Moment To Music Inc. creates original, bespoke musical compositions based on user-submitted stories, ideas, and prompts.

By submitting content, you grant Moment To Music Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your submission solely for the purpose of creating your custom audio production.

We retain full creative discretion in interpreting and producing the final musical work.

2. Delivery & Production

Digital Delivery
All orders are delivered digitally to the email provided at checkout.

Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours from payment confirmation.

Rush Delivery options may reduce turnaround time based on selection at checkout.

Format
Final deliverables include high-fidelity audio files in WAV and MP3 formats, including a spatial audio mix where applicable.

3. Usage Rights & Licensing

Personal Use License (Included)
All custom songs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Listen privately

• Share on personal social media

• Share with friends and family

Commercial Use Restriction
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or use in paid advertising is not permitted without an additional commercial license.

4. Refunds & Revisions

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each musical work, all sales are final once payment is processed and production begins.

Moment To Music Inc. is not responsible for inaccuracies in names, details, or story elements provided by the customer at intake.

5. Age Requirement

All purchases must be made by individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may only participate with verified parental or guardian consent.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Information submitted in your intake form (“Heart of the Story”) is used exclusively for the creation of your custom song.

We do not sell, distribute, or share personal story data with third parties.
