Moment To Music Inc. provides bespoke musical and artistic tributes based on user-submitted stories. By submitting your information, you grant Moment To Music Inc. the creative license to interpret your story into an original audio composition.

2. Age Requirement & Parental Discretion

All payment processing and formal commissions must be completed by individuals 18 years of age or older. For users under 18, parental or guardian supervision and payment authorization are strictly required.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Digital Tributes: Standard delivery via email.

• Prestige Collection: Priority production and delivery within 24–48 hours.

• Physical Products: Physical Metallic Record Plaques are subject to worldwide shipping times.

4. Intellectual Property
